It's taken me ages to find these - hence the late reply :-D

You're right Carlos - ask me how I know...

My old Local museum had a Hind-D that was purchased by BAE for some planned avionics upgrades that I don't think happened. I think it was an old Polish aircraft. I said to them often that they should re-paint it in proper markings and re-fit the rotors. (I'd also like to say that I'm a good few stone lighter now.)

That's cool Stuart! I'd love to crawl around a Hind.

I don’t know…too many bulges, bubbles, etc.
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

Is there such a thing as an inadvertent purchase? I dropped a bid on this one and then forgot about it. Guess what?

And, these....hope they live up to the hype. Does anyone have a translation for the package wording?

One of my :quotes: To-do's :quotes: this year is to learn how to rig a biplane, as there actually some between wars aircraft I'd like to build. I've got these two to practice on. I'd also like to get better at bi-plane construction.

I have built a couple of built a couple before, but neither were rigged and I actually glued everything together before paint, which isn't the easiest way to deal with them.

Cheers!

Those two look very good Stuart. I remember building the Gladiator with the same markings probably in the 80's

Thanks TJ - that would fit date wise, these old Matchbox kits were pretty good.
