I am immensely impressed with Infiny products.

For their detail sets, there's over 200 turned brass parts over 5 PE sheets and more. The detail they go down to is crazy. I bought their Shimakaze set back in Dec before I knew who they were. I haven't opened it yet because it's for a future build. The radar I made fro the NC is from them as well.

You know ... this build is remarkable to watch come all together. You are incredible with the details and tackling all those PE parts. I applaud you for I couldn’t do it myself.

Kinda reminds me of a 1/48 scale aircraft carrier display I saw at the Air & Space Museum in DC back in the early 80s. That was something to see. That display is massive and the detailing is incredible.

I have been working dillegently every night on the Akagi. I have been replacing the bracing parts with the laser cut paper parts. Each one takes me about an evening each and still have several parts left to do. After this do I work on the AA guns or planes or do I go back to finishing the hull?

Nice work! That is most impressive detailing. I would go back and finish the hull myself.

The hull it is then. I have a few more items to finish first. It will be a relief on my eyes and sanity to work without the magnifying glass.

Yeah, that's kinda why I recommended it. Doing those aircraft and AA guns is very challenging.
