Had a laugh also when reading your comment, Joe! Hey, aren“t we all hunters and collectors? Only the size of my basement will stop me adding new kits...

Thanks Bish. My only wish, as I'm sure we all do, is for more time to work on it.

:bored:

Now that would make a neat diorama...

It's been a little while since I posted. Mostly due to house re-model and repair of those hidden treasures behind the walls and under flooring. I had a little time over the weekend, so I managed to finish another crewman. Two down, and two to go!

Image

Here he is, finished for the most part. All that's left is a final dull coat, and that will happen once the vehicle and crew are done. Then it all gets sprayed together. FYI-I made the cigarette in his hand by drilling a small hole between his fingers, inserting a short brass rod, and painting it off white.

Image

Here he is in his seat. Hopefully I can finish my radio operator in the next couple days.

As always, thanks for looking!

Finally got some of the mojo back this past Sunday. I figured I might as well post the photos before I forget.

Image

Radio operator finished with the exception of a little tweaking.

An overview showing 3 of the 4 crewman.

Again, some tweaking, but here's the diorama titled "Vive La France"

Another view.

Just some minor blending work, a little more dust and a dull coat, one more crewman, and this one will be done! :dancing:

Thanks Stik. Sorry it took so long to reply. I haven't really been on much until yesterday.

Wow. Incredible work! I've always wanted to do a half track. One of these days.

Are you planning to add anything more to this Lawman?

Doc, the Tamiya half track kits are good for their age, as shown here. And pretty affordable still last time I looked. Or you can shell out a bit more and go for the new Dragon kits that are really sweet.
