Thanks very much for the great replies guys! I did a lot of sanding and smoothing this out. Masking should happen soon and within a few days we'll see this all in blue.
Stay tuned....

Blacksheep, it is the Dragon Cyber Hobby kit in 1/72 scale. Go back a couple months in the "Latest Acquisitions" Thread and you'll see the box art. Bruce sent this to me in June sometime.BlackSheep214 wrote:Duke, what kit is it?

Re: Commission Build for Bruce Cooper
I went to scalemates website and pulled up the instruction guide for that particular kit you're working on. Your guess is good as mine on the parts you couldn't figure where it goes. Although, it looks to me the pieces is meant to be glued in place with wings not folded. Like you said, clear as mud...Duke Maddog wrote:Blacksheep, it is the Dragon Cyber Hobby kit in 1/72 scale. Re: Commission Build for Bruce Cooper
If you look at it, it is confusing. It doesn't state whether the pieces is for open or folded wings.

Re: Commission Build for Bruce Cooper
These are the center section doors so I would attach both of them accordingly. See here from the parts manual:

Detail:

The Cyberhobby instructions may be sketchy, but the plans are not.

Re: Commission Build for Bruce Cooper
So basically the door pieces are to be attached to the underside edge of the wing root, not on the wing in folded position. Better question, is it suppose to be in closed position with wings folded? Confusing I know....
