That cockpit looks superb - Nice work. I like the idea of using those pencils, great tip!

Hmmm, prismacolor pencils for the detail. Brilliant idea! That does work exceptionally well in bringing out the details.

Thanks guys!

Well I've been looking at other jet cockpits and seeing how nice they were. There's no way I could hand paint all the little details. Then it struck me, why not use a prismacolor pencil to "dry brush" in the details. Came out great I think. It'll be even better after some weathering.

Had to makes some cuts inside the fuselage to fit the Eduard cockpit. Also gloss coated the cockpit parts to start the weathering.

Thanks guys! I'm always careful on my cutting. I've never (knocks on wood) screwed up cutting kits or parts up.

Did a wash on the cockpit parts. Doesn't really show up as well in the pics.
