Now this is a crappy way of attaching drop tanks to the sprue. More work to clean them up.

Got the wings together. They actually went together with no issues. Lined up great with no gaps.

The detail's not so bad - IF you compare it to the Airfix and Matchbox kits I have in the stash - at least there IS an IP

Love the A-7 - looking forward to seeing this come together!

That looks decent enough under a coat of paint.

That cockpit does look good painted up. I guess I'm in the tiny minority: while I will paint up a cockpit to make it look as good as possible, I won't go and add a bunch of extra detail that is very hard, if not impossible to see. I want to get my model done, not languish on the cockpit for such a long time. Besides, I haven't the skill set to do something like that, even in my own chosen scale.

Typical of Revell stuff but you are doing a great job making a good build out of this one. Good goin' on the pit BTW.
