Very nice Lyle!! But it really needs those missile rails on the wing tips.

:P1:

:hmm: I don’t think that I’ve ever come across a photo of an F-16 without the wingtip rails. Even the YF-16 had them...

Found pics...It appears to me from the parts in the kit and pictures, that the missile rails extend past the leading and trailing edges of the wing tips. I was operating off this picture:

The angle of the camera does seem to mask the appearance of the rails, but on a really close look, you can see the "arrowhead" shape that is also visible in the second pic.

Here is one that I think is rails only

and one loaded up:

So, what to do? I will return to this and add some ordinance (or at a minimum, the missile rails and fix the pitot issue.

:hmm: That's up to you. Nowadays they carry AMRAAMS on the wingtip launchers. But since this is an "A", Sidewinders are the way to go.

The AMRAAMS also use a thicker rail. The kit rails are fine. And since this is from a training unit, a single inert missile or an instrument pod are the options on the rail.
