Thanks guys. It is very slow going. We have two grandkids until Saturday evening and a carpenter here doing trim work in the basement. Yikes.

My H-34 project is probably as slow as yours and I don't even have grandkids or kids or a carpenter visiting...

It gets better. This morning, I decided to try a bit of wash on the Gato submarine. What a splendidly stupid idea that was. All I managed to do was 1) spill a small cup of wash on the floor, 2) knock a couple of bottles of paint from the shelf and onto the sub, 3) dump over a full bottle of Mig Streaking Effects Dark Grime on to the bench, floor, my jeans and shoe. I quit.

Sounds like a goodly bit of extreme weathering there Lyle!
sounds like it's catching, I split a bottle of Citadel wash the other day as well - man that stuff goes everywhere!

That it does. And by its nature, it isn't meant to be completely wiped up!

Lyle, you’ve got to stop watching those Mr Bean or Chevy Chase model building videos on youtube…

How did it go that far sideways? I know that I’ve spilled my share of glues and paints over the years, but in one sitting?
