Ah ok. I was wondering if they had moved their practice from ElCentro to Pensacola. So I presume that the Pensacola practice is on the downtime between shows.

I'm dying to go there. My wife does a lot if business trips to Pensacola and I can go anytime with her just have to pay for my own airfare. Of course there are no direct flights from here to there.
I've been to the USAF museum in Ohio. That took 3 days open to close to look through

Thank you Mike for answering Carlos' questions. Yes, they practice in summertime between shows. It is a blast watching them practice. It's almost like getting a show and a half because of the do-overs they are called to do sometimes. They even have their announcer speaking as if it were an actual show, except at practice he sometimes critiques the pilots' performance.
Yeah, It took me two days to go through half of the USAF museum in Dayton.

I’m bumping this one back to the top of my builds as of yesterday… I’ll have some progress photos up soon

And now back to work on this project…
I resumed work in the cockpit, using a 3-D print decal seat harness, modifying a F6F-5 IP decal for use on this one, and some final detail painting plus dry brushing
and I started painting the engine
More in a day or two…

Looks good. Whos 3d print stuff are you using? I just pulled the trigger on a couple kits I've been on the fence about - one of them is the Hobby Boss Bearcat.

John I used a 3-D harness from Kits World. They worked super easy. But I am curious as to how long/well that they will stay in place. Only time will tell there.

I’m gonna try some of those cockpit console/IP 3-D decals next.
