Thank you! And yessir- I’m black basing. It’s going to take a long time to cover up all that black primer, that’s for sure. I’m going to start the wings tomorrow. I’m saving the light blue until last.

My reference material for “Black 1.” It isn’t unlike my crashed-and-burned “Pip’s Emil”/“Der FrankenEmil” project in terms of mottling info the fuselage. What I like about this one is, the topside wings are left with the simplified splinter camo scheme, which for me is great because, as we all know, I suck at breaking up splinter camo top-side with field-applied smears of RLM 02

Oh yeah… this is gonna get good…
