Thanks John! The photos are a result of Bruce’s coaching me on how to get best results from my iPhone camera.

It looks kinda toonish as it is now without the tracks.

Looking excellent Carlos as always. It does seem to have gone together well.

She is looking awesome. This is a great kit from the looks of it. May have to keep an eye out for one if I run into any.

Thanks guys! There are newer and better Easy 8 kits out there now, but this one is worth a look if you find it for a good price. The surgery required is not as bad as the instruction sheet makes it look... at least if you have the needed power tools... Go Dragon...
Anyways, this was supposed to be posted yesterday, but for some reason it did not... a progress update! I have been working on the tracks all week here and there when I could, along with adding some weathering to the hull sides and suspension that would not be possible once the tracks were on. Painting, needle file work, etc. on the indy links to the point where Friday I could finally get the tracks on. In the morning I installed the right side track then let it dry for a few hours
then in the afternoon I installed the left side track and let that dry for a few hours
later I did a test fit of the upper hull & turret onto the lower hull
Now it's starting to look like an Easy 8! Next up is adding the fenders and a few other bits before I can get it all finished up
