Thanks Mike! I had one of the long ones split but that was my fault - should have let it set longer. Other than that they were great.

Interesting. I must have had a bad batch then. Time to find some new ones.

I understand what you wrote about John Eaton. I only knew him from here and not that well but he was part of other forums too. He gave time not only to build his own kits, but to bond with other members which is admirable and rare.

John was a great guy. Never met him in person but he lived near where I grew up in north California.
