...here’s a peek up Marga’s skirt!

Magnets! It’s held on by magnets!

Image

I gotta plumb that. I’ve been researching it and will get started on that soon!

Also, I got a Flanker egg plane started, which I’m super-detailing! Added an oxygen hose to the pilot, modified the flight suit to turn it into a track suit, and I’ll be adding a HUD to the cockpit and hydraulics to the gear bays:

... Black 1 is ready for paint and chipping effects! Using Alclad High Speed Silver instead of AS-12. It’s very nice!

Don’t worry! I haven’t forgotten about Joachim Der Snake:

... I’ll be wiring up his cockpit along with wiring Sweetie’s Pratt & Whitney ;-)

I’m having so much fun over here! It’s like I got 6 new friends I get to spend a little time with every day!

Image

And on the horizon...

I like the Fighting Falcon so much I’m gonna do a bigger one!

Image

I like the Flanker D so much I’m gonna do me another one of them too!

Image

And I’m already planning another super detailed mind-bending egg plane!

Bringing my original post over to this page too for the sake of keeping it all together.

...I got a 1:72 Fighting Falcon going. This one will be posed in-flight, wearing Have Glass:

Here’s the cockpit module next to Sweetie’s. Sweetie’s cockpit will get seatbelts and a finished IP in another day or two:

Masking and airbrushing that small wasn’t easy! My first ever ejector seat (pre oil paint and dry brushing):

I have the exact same B-17 kit. The Alclad High Speed silver... I wonder if it’s the same thing as Tamiya Bare Metal Silver in rattle can. I used that on my P-47 Bubbletop Thunderbolt kit.
