Yeah, that’s true, it isn’t very German sounding at all... hmmmm I think I can fix it though.

Today is going to be a very busy day for me at work so with that in mind I took some time before logging in to get the decals on
Der Schnappër. You have no idea how good it feels to
finally be able to take full-on close-ups of decals. Oh man.
I didn’t bother with MicroSol. Instead, I opted for Solvaset. Two very light coats. These are Cartograf decals and I tested one out with the Solvaset on “Doug The Paint Mule” before using it on the model. I found two light coats hit the decal with a double-leg takedown, got mount, ground-and-pounded it and then choked it into submission and got the job done, generally-speaking.
What’s more, I got the same rush of happiness and unbridled joy I got with my StuG after I put the markings on it. It comes to life. The red and the white look great on my custom Panzer Gray, and I am
Very happy with this model at this point.
Up next: another clear coat, then dry brushing and building wheels.

Lyle, this is the best meme I’ve seen in a long time. It’s splendid and it captures perfectly the sort of aggression necessary when dealing with these often-times temperamental, uncooperative things.
