Very subtle on the dot fading. I like how that blends the chipping and markings together into the basic scheme now. Well done!
"Surely I have made my meaning plain? I intend to avenge myself upon you, Admiral. I have deprived your ship of power, and when I swing 'round, I intend to deprive you of your life."
Thank you so much! I’ve been taking periodic breaks to have a look at her as the mineral spirits slowly evaporate. I’m really liking the olive/brown patina Inended up with and the Prussian green comes out as a very nice, almost emerald sheen. The white hardly factored into this insofar as I can tell except as it pertains to the fabric control surfaces. It gave those a nice little lift. I’m happy with this and I’m glad I did not attempt salt fading/filtering. That technique, I feel, is something I need to experiment with more.
Anyhow, thank you guys for the kind words, the support, and for all the help you’ve given me. I could not have made this if y’all hadn’t offered guidance, advice, and if you guys hadn’t posted great info in your own project logs. THANK YOU!

The results are excellent Kenny, I do dot filters on armor builds with enamel never thought about doing them on aircraft. Your choices of colors is perfect.
