Thanks, John. Truly! I have been more sporadic than usual which is saying something. Sometimes more planning is better. Maybe every time it is. I have two of everything now so no more excuses.

Thanks, Lyle. I will gladly settle for one engine at this point, bu there will be room for another aircraft. I do not know if I have the strength to build another Gee Bee. I have not started the red stripes yet, and those fine lines are some scary voodoo.

Bruce, that is impressive! I like it so far. I also like Lyle's suggestion of the second engine on a stand next to it. Still, I understand if you decide not to do that. Having the second engine to practice and test techniques is an excellent idea. I'm watching closely.

You are too kind. If I want to see impressive, I will visit your thread; and I mean that sincerely. I’m slowly adding brass collars to the tie rods and thinking happy thoughts. It has been just over ten days since C’s diagnosis and she has no symptoms. Retested, she is waiting for results. If I wrote this earlier, so what? That’s where my mind is at, in Rome. I am happy she’s applying to UCLA for the spring quarter and with any luck she will be here in March.

Buddy, that engine wiring is looking mighty fine! You’re doing an outstanding job with it!

As to Carlotta, I will continue praying for her and her mother as well.
