Actually Bruce, that does count all the models I built as a kid; at least the ones that survived moves and smaller siblings. Yes, 1800 total finished models, I only wish you'd been there to see the ones I finished.

I had a setback here because I gave Marius dimensions based on the included Revell wicker seat which is much too small. The seat is roughly 1/32 in scale which means the pilots are long, thin but ultimately too short for the cockpit. Two things are needed—I need to build a better seat and give Marius better dimensions—then let’s see.

I’ve been a bit overwhelmed with moving my girlfriend out of her apartment and other stuff like making a living just like all of us I presume are involved in of course. My apologies for being out of the fray. You’re all important to me—

Thanks Bruce! This week has been kinda full with work due to having to cover for my boss’ vacation, but I am making small bits of progress on my Mustang.

Bummer to hear about the seat that Marius printed being undersized. Is it too short in the back portion of the seat itself, or too short when mounted in place onto the kit mount? If the latter, that could be easily fixed with some shim work.

Good to see that you had some free time to post here. Sounds like you’re one busy man!

Current mood—

Man what an action packed 3-1/2 months can be when you’re trying to move your girlfriend’s stuff from her place to your place and that involved me plastering and painting all of the walls because her landlord insisted that she leave the apartment like a hotel room! Look I get it that most renters don’t care and that creates a major headache. My first LA job was part time apartment manager for units in Pasadena and that was when I was getting my masters at AFI; I know what it’s like to have to leave school early with an extra set of keys because somebody’s locked out. But seriously I have never had to hold a “hotel room” up as a higher standard. What happened to “clean and presentable?”
