Made a bit of progress today, I taped up the cockpit section to see how much room I'd have to fit the PE - not much is the answer...



I'll still try though as although you won't see much, it needs something...

Also fitted all the flying surfaces on...





Don't worry about the colour in the bay - it's going to go!

Thanks Jim - yes that's the body complete, minus things like hard points, exhaust etc. Just the nose and intakes to add. TBH it's not a very big kit, just the two sprues and a small extra one for the tanks.

I'll definitely have to get another for the Russian GB - but no problem, I'm happy to have more Migs in my life

I spent some time last night trying to get the PE to fit not a lot of luck as there's not enough room in the pit to take it - so I might have to go back to the drawing board...
