The gear is on. Next up,a wash, the detail painting and lastly a flat coat (or maybe semi gloss).

Yes, the Soviets actually used a lot of semi gloss finishes. I did give it a semi gloss coat after the wash but it didn’t went on smoothly. I will post some pictures shortly.
