Stuart, you're doing a magnificent job! It may be a bit slow, but it's well worth the wait! Keep it coming man!

Managed a bit more work today - I'm actually starting to feel I'm getting somewhere.
The wings and the fuselage halves have been glued together. I have to say I'm impressed with the fit, I don' think I'm going to need too much filler. I did however mess up fitting the front bulkhead which has messed with the fit of the nose leg a bit - its straight but isn't facing forward. No matter though, it'll look like it's been turned a bit.
I'm also really glad I took the time to add the PE to the cockpit - it should look good under the canopy.
Other than that I've been doing bits and bobs. As you have to add the nose gear leg to this kit before gluing the fuselage halves together I've gone ahead and painted all the undercarriage parts. I'm just going to add some silver and then I'll give them a wash. I'm also still adding all the PE to the seats - time consuming (my patience for PE is low) but it'll be worth it. As Tony pointed out, these are the wrong head boxes for an early T.1 but I'm just going with what I've got.
I've also picked up a new paint set...
All in all I'd say I'm enjoying this build, which is just as well as I've picked up another of these kits, unboxed and including the PE set I used on this one for less than £23 with shipping! Normally these kits go for about £25 and the PE fret £7
Cheers!

I made another bit of progress today - hopefully from hear things will start to move faster.
The seats are finished...
...and after a lot of fettling to ensure the wing tips pointed the right way, the wings are also on (along with the fuselage top.
So now, after a few small bits of painting, it's time for everyone's favourite part of the build process - filling and sanding!
Cheers!
