Oh god no.... cats, high places, and models in display cases is not a good mix. That’s why I’m looking for a display case for my kits. All my completed builds are still in boxes except my 2 armor kits and X-Wing kit.

I like this...I like it a LOT!!!
Am I right in thinking this is strictly a stand alone display room? Nothing more, nothing less?
I really dig it! Great work by "your guy" too! I hope you fed him and "hydrated" him well!!!

Thanks Fermis. Yes, we offer the man anything that he would like from our food & drink. He has an office to do for my wife up next, since she works from home. It will be same style bit of furniture. Between us and the neighbors, he’s generating a LOT of business on our street.
And yes, this is just a stand alone display room, hang out. My work area is out in the garage, and not so fancy.

Thanks Mike. The ceiling fan was the only item that I knew I was going to have for sure. Had that installed early on. :giggles:

Thanks Mike. I have just sat in the comfy chairs, put on some music and pass the time wonderfully.

I never added the later additions to my room. Last year my wife ordered some custom woodwork stuff for me when we were at the Departments's "Retirement Roundup" - wooden plaques of my badge & station insignia where I worked most of my career, and wood thin blue line flag

and I also have been decorating the wall behind the bar

I still have a bit more artwork to add in this area once I get some framing done, plus one other goody... :giggles:
