This just keeps getting better and better

Thank you Clint. I’ve scratch built or detailed up drivers compartments, turrets, troop compartments, etc. . But this is the first time that I’ve ever dressed up an AFV or softskin engine beyond what came in the box.

Looking good Stik. I dig all the plumbing going on they the engine compartment.

Bruce and John, thanks. That engine has been a learning experience. It’s just taking far longer than I thought it would... as usual.

Thanks Mike. Just one last bit to add in there then I can start on the paint.

So today I finished the final bits of work in the engine compartment. Using a jeep engine, I turned it into a two cylinder auxiliary motor



then I added the lead line for it, and the compartment fixed fire extinguisher nozzle and feed line



so now the power pack has gone from this

painting to take place over the next few days...
