It couldn't come fast enough, let's just say that, lol.

I’ll take your word for that. I’m currently enjoying the hot weather here. Afternoons are great model time in the AC work area.

I hear ya. I melt in places like Charleston SC, or Alamo, NM, Phoenix, AZ. Up here in the Great White North, below the 49th parallel, I enjoy the minus 18-20* come winter time and the snowwwwwwwww

Well, I somehow managed to view SteveSki's threads. Incredible painting! I've been spying on a few I really want to get. But even if i do end up getting them, I'll get cold feet in painting them. I really suck at it.

Hmm... maybe I'll start off on a cheap priced figure to begin with - something I don't care about if I mess up or not.

I really don't know the basics aside from black primer. Mainly flesh tones, shadows, etc... I may have to watch youtube videos or read how-to books.

I wanna be like Ski when I grow up on figure painting.

I'm still trying to get over the fact that the patterns on those socks were hand painted. That's frickin' CRAZY cool work on that Steve!! GAAAAAAAAAAAH!!
