I love those one oh nines and want to decal them!!!
That white was blown out by the flash...it has pretty much the same effect as the tail does. Still not real visible on the tail, but you get the idea!

I wanna decal them 109's too! Giving some cure time, before I gloss em.

Great paintwork on that P39 AND the 109s.... must feel odd working on those 109s at the same time as the P39? A little "Alice in Wonderland" going back and forth between them?

I fail to see how anyone decals that much stuff in one day and retains their sanity. Nice though.

Man, though. Whoever painted the nose art on that P-39 wasn't much of an artist...or his g/f had really odd proportions.
Who said I still have any sanity left???
It definitely was driving me bonkers!!!

I agree, that nose art is pretty bad, mainly in the legs dept....and the cig she's holding, is the same color as her...looks like she's got fingers going all over the place...one eye lookin atchya, the other lookin for ya!!!
Gonna do some painting on that!

Ya'll MOFOs are a bit hard on the nose art...after all, they probably didn't have a chick available to use as a model...the aircraft mechanic probably posed for it... :wow:

I'm loving those 109 schemes! What kits are they?

What is your total 2014 kit count???
