I’m pretty sure that the P-61 reached the ETO first. That theater had the highest priority of all for personnel and equipment. I think the first unit to get them in the PTO was after the Marianas had been secured in summer 1944



The markings on these Widows are from mid to late summer 1944 in the ETO.
