Thank you, but a close look who’s how bad it is. Had it lined up, taped and now there is a slight step the length of the spine. Looked up some pics of the intakes...my word, these are pitiful. For RoG and what I thought was a quality brand, is is really bad. Really bad.

Thank nope. Probably won’t do that again. I had to scrub off residue sticky from the tape!

In a vain attempt to "help" the intakes look better, put some Tamiya white/gray putty in there. Doh. Now to figure out how to get in there to sand. I think I have some stiff sanding sticks. I don't know how to fix this. I can get the filler out, but.....styrene?

Needle files... get yourself a set. They work perfect for tight situations like this...

I have some. just keep forgetting that I do.

Wow. A putty hog huh?

Lyle, why not cut some pieces of thin smooth card stock and glue these over the gaps.....

Hmmm, that just might work. I also have some sheet styrene that is about that thin. Thanks for noodeling this around.
