Ok, I’m getting back on this one to get it over the finish line.

Flat coat on. I used Tamiya XF-86 Flat Clear for the first time, thinned with lacquer thinner. I like the results.

Next up dry brushing, then weathering.

I didn't know Tamiya had a flat clear in a jar. It looks like it came out really well.

Yes, it’s one of their more recent releases in the expanded line. I mixed at a ratio of 2 parts paint to 3 parts thinner for this session.

Thanks Joe. I’m happy to be back at the bench again. And yes, based off of my first use, I do recommend this flat coat.

Wonderful work on that Carlos, it looks superb. It's great to see a French tank being built for a change!

Thanks. This is a nice change of subject area. French vehicle’s do have some great camo schemes.
