I'm having a bit of difficulties in trying to do camo scheme on this one. I've looked everywhere with hopes of finding a template I can copy and tape on the Mirage just as I've done with the Hurricame kit.

I'm not too confident in doing it freehand by airbrush. Any ideas?

How about silly putty? That’s stuff is so easy to use for masking.

When I did my Kuwaiti Skyhawk I used the blue tac poster putty. Works good and gives a hard line with a soft edge

I agree with these gentlemen. Either of those products should produce nice results. Practice on a paint mule until you feel comfortable using it for your Mirage.

Looks like I've got a little silly putty shopping to do. Dollar store might have them.

That’s where I got mine… and it’s only a dollar! I’d suggest buying a few eggs of the stuff so you have plenty for larger projects.

You can order a 5 pound block online. . . .a friend told me. HL also has then in the crafts, crayola suff section.

Use poster tac. There's tons of it at places like Walmart.
