No, I just installed them to give it something to stand on for painting the NMF. They can be attached normally at the end if you wish.Stikpusher wrote:Looks great so far!

Thanks for that information Kent. Not that I need another 1/48 D Mustang in my stash, but if they do come out with the early variant with the non filet tail, which I do not yet have, and the kit appears to be engineered for just such a possibile future release...

Thanks guys, it has been a relatively stress free build and any problems are user issues!
The stencils are done. They performed very well with Micro Set/Sol and I don’t expect any silvering issues:
The “to do list” is on the top of the cutting mat. I find it helpful to list the final bits as I sometimes forget them!
