Thanks for the link, Bruce! France and Belgium have always been at the forefront of graphic novels and comics. I basically grew up on a diet of them! I mentioned Asterix earlier and of course I read them but my thing was really the aviation comics: Dan Cooper, Tanguy & Laverdure and of course Buck Danny. I still read them these days, all those years later! And the great thing is that there are so many more aviation comics around these days: WWI, WWII, modern era, you name it... Even Luft 46! I'm getting my kicks from the Wunderwaffen series these days:

They're great but they're for French speaking folks...
And new authors and cartoonists have taken over Buck Danny so there are new ones coming out, 70 years after the birth of the series! Some of those are translated into English I think.
