I thank you for your integrity as well, M! What you wrote of bipartisan behavior applies to the politics today but when you referenced Caesar, I thought of Vercingetirix—after successfully fighting Caesar’s Legions in battles, he lost the war because the Gauls refused to unite.

Glad you like WAR! Yes, it's Alt46 but recently he's adding Alt 19 with tracked bikes and monowheels! I'm looking forward to those as well as a 46 hover bike he's got in the works!

Bringing up Vercingetorix should tickle my national pride (M stands for Michel, ya know!) but as a matter of fact I prefer Asterix and Obelix! To say it in a different way, I tend to take history as it comes down to us with a grain of salt, knowing how people tend to alter the facts to suit their own particular agendas, and prefer the works of the imagination to the reality of historial facts which are too often twisted to suit the views of whoever is writing it. Hence my love of What if modeling, I guess...

Thanks for the link, Bruce! France and Belgium have always been at the forefront of graphic novels and comics. I basically grew up on a diet of them! I mentioned Asterix earlier and of course I read them but my thing was really the aviation comics: Dan Cooper, Tanguy & Laverdure and of course Buck Danny. I still read them these days, all those years later! And the great thing is that there are so many more aviation comics around these days: WWI, WWII, modern era, you name it... Even Luft 46! I'm getting my kicks from the Wunderwaffen series these days:

They're great but they're for French speaking folks...

And new authors and cartoonists have taken over Buck Danny so there are new ones coming out, 70 years after the birth of the series! Some of those are translated into English I think.
