Took Bruce and Johns advice for camera settings and played around with them a bit
Got the main airframe put together and all gaps I had in test fitting went away with the cockpit installed.
Not much putty is going to be needed on this just a few pin holes here and there as of now.

...and your patience shall be rewarded! By the way, there is a warbird airshow in Munci this summer. June/July, I think. I believe they will be in Lexington KY towards the end of June.

Hey—I was thinking for the future builds in 1/48, Eduard still makes PE seatbelts in its older way (pre "steel belts") and it's a real good deal. You get five different kinds of belts for 7 bucks.
I wish I had this level of fitment from the Pacific Coast Models kit, but beggars are not riding tonight, Clint. So my wishes are not horses. Or something like that. Nice photo!
