They did have some nice stuff on the cheap, I haven't heard but is anyone going to pick up there book line?

Never heard of a simple shower replacement lol. When we bought are house me and my father-in-law was just planning on doing some minor repairs. It's a 1895 Victorian style, no insulation was in the walls so next thing you know we had the entire house gutter down to the studs, I rewired the entire house with a 200amp service, replumbed everything in Pex, put in all new windows, insulated, drywalled put in new kitchen cabinets, redid the clawfoot tub in the upstairs bathroom and added new period style faucets, found the house had tiger oak trim and a beautiful tiger oak staircase and spindles that was covered up in white paint along with two huge tiger oak pocket doors so they got stripped and redone and so much more I just can't think of right now lol. So yeah what is a quick job again?

I have painted the Phantom!
Paints used was AK Real Color. AK Xtreme Metal and Alclad II was used for the metal parts. I had read reviews that AK Xtreme Metal was very fragile and even Tamiya tape detact first still lifted the paint. So I will not be using this again when Alclad is better and available at the LHS.
Using the one piece canopy as a mask for the cockpit

Thank you! I spent so much time painting yesterday with gloves on that I have a blister from working the trigger on the airbrush. I'm happy with the results

Thank you! It is going fast!

Mike the paint looks good just doesn't take too masking. Not sure what decal softener might do to it.

Great work Clint !

I find it very strongly done, painting the camo freehanded !
I am not sure if I would succeed in such, the airbrush need a really steady hand

PS. i did a test back in 2015 with Xtreme Metal: https://youtu.be/SnxLBb1Kaok

Thank you Kari, I had very lightly sketched the camo pattern on with a light green water color pencil so I could see where I was going.

You was really going at it with that tape too. How long did you let it setup? I waited about 2 hours. Could just be the chrome is more fragile than the polished aluminum
