Repaired the picture links on the last four pages. The previous ones should be ok.

Thank you so much Torben... that was very considerate of you. Unfortunately, I was jumping around with the photo-hosting sites during this build. So the first part of the build was documented at IMGUR and is fine but in the middle is when I jumped to Postimage and I'm afraid that middle portion is still filled with broken photo links.
