You are doing well with a tough as nails kit. One reviewer stated that this is a doozy to build. Keep at it.

Thanks for the encouragement, from all of youse guys.
Just about every assembly has/had fit issues and or a lot of flash or mold seam cleaning. Been siting at the bench with the ol’ #11 just a whittlin’ away at it.
Bought some UV glue, but I don’t know if it is good or not. Won’t squeeze out and when I remove the cap, it is very thick. Got some out with a toothpick, stuck it to a piece of scrap, pressed the magic button, waited and nothing. Help the light as close as I dared for 10-15 seconds and it still had not cured. Guess I’ll go hut some locally tomorrow. I want to use this stuff to anchor the wing spars and wing joins.
General question, now. I used the resin wheels. Clipped the pour block away with my nippers. Left a bit of cleanup and one had a tiny bubble mark. How do you guys clean resin wheel rhat have tread?

To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

Do the wheels have a center tread? It is really hard to tell from photos, so far... or are you asking how to add back to a cut off section? The wheels seem fairly round when pressurized. As far as any bubble goes, mix Milliput putty per instructions then add just a little water by setting your fingers to make the putty pliable, stick a small piece into the bubble-air hole to fill the pull the rest away. Using clean water smooth the fill out.

Wheels are smooth. Given what I saw, just curious how you (or those that use a lot of resin) handle it. Got these cleaned up okay.

About the UV glue... remember that it is light-activated so it won't cure if you can't shine the UV light on it.

That part, I got....but, how long? I think the stuff I bought is crap. I'm going to try and find some locally and see if it works any better.
