I will! Lunch was chou râpé avec une sauce mayonnaise, steak de yube au fromage, maïs jaune poêlé dans une réduction de beurre.

Okay, I had homemade coleslaw, bologna and cheese sandwich and skillet fried corn. Sounds way better in French, huh?

As dreaded, err, promised...here are some pictures. As I said earlier, this was a very easy kit to build, no fit issues to speak of, minimal parts count. The canopy was a bit of a time consumer. Still have trouble getting narrow strips of tape to hold. But, I like this one a lot. I have one more Entex ad may get a Minicraft to see how it compares. Minicraft had one in the TWA livery.....

The first batch is still in the hanger. It was much less windy this morning so.....

Say what you want about Mr Hughes, but his aircraft designs had a style, elegance, and flair all of their own. Lyle, you nailed it on this one! Beautiful work! :shoutout: :shoutout: :shoutout:

Thanks, Stik. You are right. As big as this thing is, the lines are beautiful and sleek. I also am amazed at how the wings and engine mounts would support that weight. Each engine weighed in at about 3,500 pounds. That is a lot of weight that is "cantilevered" that far out. Around 24,000 horsepower in total and around 800 gallons per hour in fuel. OH, and 448 spark plugs to change.

Thanks! More pieces (24) in the nacelles than the real of the kil! I like ‘em simple.
