Question for all armor experts... this is a test fit of rear turrent plate to install. Is it suppose to look like that with small overhang on both sides? Or do I need to add putty to conform it?

Yes, the real tank had slight overhangs on both sides of the rear armor plate

Thank you for the photo reference. Now I can proceed with this Panther. All this time I thought it was a mold defect.
