Notice the different humbrol 91 along the wing and humbrol 116, same color but different stock! the first 91 i used was really close to the 116 and it's hard to see the slinter camo , but the last 91 i used was darken :hmm:

:hmm: So you're saying that you've had two tins of 91 and the one is a darker shade of green? That wouldn't surprise me. Humbrol have had a lot of quality problems with their suppliers over the years which is why the manufacturing has been brought back to the UK. With my Quality Engineering hat on (as that is what I do at work) I'm wondering where your two pots were manufactured.

You painting looks fantastic though. Just out of interest, but what clears do you use?

Interesting..

:hmm:

91 is the RLM 70 Black Green while 116 is US Dark Green 34079. I have both in my Humbrol stock here and never noticed that they are the same shade, only close. I have used plenty of the 116, not so much 91.

nope, the difference is between two 91 jars used, the 116 (the lighter color in the picrures was done before the 91, the difference is between two 91 used in different sesions, after the first 91 used was finished, i'll try to take closer pictures
