Good progress Carlos! The IP looks great! I actually prefer Eduard's older method of unpainted PE + clear acetate over their current pre-painted stuff.

Thank you John. Yes, I really like the look of the film. I just added some plain white paper to the rear to make the markings stand out better. There was nothing on the instruction sheet about that, but it sure helped. I have yet to try one of their pre painted IPs.

Well that is simplicity. Which, for an old grunt like myself, is a good thing.

I would not classify you as an old anything, sir—and maybe it is time for more modelers (myself included) to spend less on aftermarket and learn a foundation of basic techniques, patience and focus being the result as well as a good looking representation!

Well, in my chosen professions, I’m an old guy. I’ve already retired from one and will retire from another at age 55 in a bit over two years from now. I’m not the young buck that I was.

I started working on the seat harness today. No real progress worth sharing yet.

No worries, curious to see what happens with the building of the twin boom design, also curious to see what’s in the Leopard’s box, too....
