So I may have screwed this one up already. If you've ever built (or will build) a Tamiya Viper, don't go by the instructions when it comes to the intake. The main gear bay makes up the back half of the intake. DO NOT assemble and install it the way it says in the instructions. The way to do it without issues later is this.

1. Glue together the two bottom intake parts and then the two upper intakes parts. This gives you the ability to remove the seam that would be seen halfway down the intake.
2. Glue the upper and lower intake halves and the other front intake parts together.
3. Snake the whole assembly into the bottom fuselage half and glue once in position (do this BEFORE gluing the fuselage halves together).

Well guess who forgot this whole trick. YEP!! And this is what happens. That massive gap is NOT supposed to be there between the intake and lower fuselage.

Ouch! Keep after it!

Good to know since I have a couple Tamiya Vipers in my stash.
