Laid down the primer topside & gear doors. Will hit the underside later tonight... hopefully. Once that’s all done, it won’t be long before the proper greys are on. :lashed:

Thanks guys. Yeah, it’s getting there but it’s on hold until I order more Gunze #332 Light Aircraft Grey. I ran out and may not have enough to repaint the underside wingtip section since tape pulled off the paint. :headbang: :headbang: :headbang: :headbang:
Never again I will use Testors grey primer since I found out it’s acrylic, not enamel primer. That’s all right by me since I ran out of it anyhow.

Last night, just discovered I had an extra bottle of Gunze Light Aircraft grey in my stash. How did I know? I create an inventory list of each paint brand and how many of what I have. I usually make a spreadsheet of ALL the colors that particular paint brand has on the market.

I plan on getting a couple new bottles anyway to have on hand. I really need to create a Humbrol chart too. Carlos swears by them and I do have a couple tins of their colors.

Repaired the spots where the paint lifted from the yellow frog tape. Good as new! :dancing: :dancing: :dancing:
Tonight, a shot of gloss clearcoat before leaving on family vacation to Cape Ann tomorrow. Long enough time for it to cure before final assembly and decals.

An inventory list is a smart thing when the stock is getting unmanageable. I've started an excel list some years ago but I really need to update it.
