“Put the spurs to her, George.”
MASTER DETAILS
FIGHTER PILOT WITH ANTI-G SUIT AND B-8 CHUTE
- Helmet flying type C
AN6530 goggles
B-15 jacket
Nylon G-3 suit
GI 3/4 shoes
B-8 chute with harness
First aid pouch
Scarf
Note that the resin kit has alternate arms for holding the control stick either with right or left hand. I cleaned the small molding stubs from the throttle position arms first, so I used those arms on the figure. I use kneaded eraser blobs to old everything together. You would be surprised how strong kneaded erasers are... not as strong as Blu-Tak, though.

You bet he is! Thanks, Duke. Now I have all that I need to put the cockpit together. Let’s hope he fits in there!

Great reading—especially the part about the crew chief plugging the pilot’s G-suit into the floor receptacle and “plugging the O2 in,” but where?

The O2 hose was usually on one of the sidewalls. Possibly on the right. And some sort of regulator there as well.
