Hello again!
I am back with several new things. One is top-secret. I can only give one small hint: 4 engined aircraft from RAF Lossiemouth.
First I started with Revell’s Eurofighter in special colors (also from Lossiemouth, with RAF mediterranean camouflage from WW2). The big step in the beginning is to generate a seamless and deep intake. The kit provides a hole. Because I am not willing to pay 15 € + shipping for the Olimp Intake, I’ll try to do it on my own. Tubes are heated and put in curved shape. The difficult thing beside the limited space is to generate the transition between the almost rectangular shaped kit intake to the tubes. So I am trying to make an adapter.
Next new project is Revell’s F-117A. I thought this was supposed to be a weekend project. My fault. A lot of flash on every part, very soft plastic, bad fitting…
Clear part was made fitting by sanding and polishing. After that I colored it with Tamiya smoke. Then I glued some plastic parts like wings and started to scratch the sensor bay on the underside.
There is also a third project, PMs Messerschmitt P.1111. Again I have to scratch intakes on that very simple kit. I am thinking to do an American rebuild as top secret test aircraft. Maybe white so that it looks a bit like the X-4 or XF-92. Also I worked a bit on the non-fitting canopy of my Hobby Boss Lightning.

Yes, the Messerschmitt looks a bit like the Vulcan.
But u know Alexander Lippisch developed for Messerschmitt and worked later for Convair (compare Lippisch P.13 to Convair XF-92). So I like that idea. But which number can I use.... XF-???

Designate as “small batch for testing” by adding a Y? XFY-92.
