Thanks guys! It really feels great to place at a Nationals. Given the extremely high level of talent there; it is a miracle of Biblical proportions when I do!

Mark, that is awesome that you placed at the Nationals! And exactly for the reasons that you mentioned. That one certainly deserves a special display spot now. Chapter meet contests are one thing, Orangecon or any of the other bigger annual local events something more. But the Nationals... THAT is the Big Leagues!

Thanks Carlos! You sure nailed that one. Yea, the Nationals are the Big Leagues and I'm just a T-ball league player on the field. That's one thing that makes this award so much more for me.

Well, here is my first win for 2019. This was a small contest at a local Hobby Shop called Airfix Con. I took Second Place in 1/72-1/76 Scale Armor with my Churchill Bridgelayer:
