White sure does like to highlight all of are mistakes. I'm loving the attention to detail your putting into this.

Yes, white is an incredible highlighter. Brutal. Worth it. All of my glue issues! I love Tamiya thin cement but it’s easy to overdo. There’s a bit of masochism here or sloppy ILM style building. Cue the Imperial March!

You’re doing just fine on spotting the gigs and cleaning them up. Everything is looking better now.

I use both white and grey primer. White is brutal in bringing out things not seen with the naked eye. Well done!

Some research. Various Panzer IIs vs Tamiya kit.

I’ll bet you that Tamiya used the Panzer II that used to be at Aberdeen Proving Grounds for their reference on the tank. It’s now with that collection at Ft Benning. Many of their old original kits like this one used the APG vehicle collection for their reference and show traits only seen on those vehicles.

I was wondering what the added piece was for (red arrow), perhaps unique to the DAK? I see some details I would like to add (the latch system on the facing left supply boxes).
