Ouragan processed, it has now a first layer of Vallejo dull aluminum.
Convair is glued and filled. Now the task is to trim nice shapes and smooth surfaces.

Hi! One of the first times I read the term “processed,” was by a museum model builder who used the term to describe removal of parts from sprues. He would write: “I have processed such model on such date,” then he would sort parts into plastic bags for the next step, “assembly.”
Cool to read “processing” still exists! Here it is your two stage black to silver metallic finishing steps, which look great! You have mastered these steps, Marius!
I continue to search for a Heller Bf 109 in 1/72, but I keep being seduced by 1/32 FW190s in both early types A1-2-3 and late type A-8. I did almost buy a Hase Me 262, to share the experiences you are having in 1/72 with you. This would be the hardest camo in any scale; the squiggles of White 34! What a challenge.

Well, processing is a term we are using in automotive business.
I thought Heller's 109K should be available in US too. Here you can get it for 10$.
Nevertheless I went on with my Messerschmitt/Convair. It was a long journey to smooth intakes and surfaces in general. You know, some of the PM kits have very crisp surfaces... I sanded all surfaces and added some panel lines too. Canopy is on and needed some filler at its front section.
Then I spent some time on my F-117 and its underside sensor section. Sensors are made of transparent sprues, painted with Liquid Chrome, black and green. Housing and cover glass are made of sheet material. Everything now glued to lower half of fuselage.
My goal is to finish 3 models until 2nd of August. Then I need to prepare my vacation and to decide what I take to France. Only a P-47D Razorback is fixed so far.

Marius! I am definitely tracking your progress on all your current projects including your major plan to finish three birds before your hols begin! I meant to write yesterday but Los Angeles is in a heat wave, I have no air conditioning except in my car, and my active brain cells are confused... I apologize but I am not hors de combat, I always follow. I was looking for a ten buck Heller 109 but almost all have issues. I have to decide which issues (tooling, etc.) are important. I like the Fine Molds 109 very much, but I am mindful of your advice. Always!

Marius, I am also actively following these builds but I have been in San Diego for five days away from the internet while working at the San Diego Comicon. This is my first opportunity to post here and I have to say all your work is incredible. Just because nobody posts right away after your updates doesn't mean we don't see them or appreciate them. Life sometimes gets in the way preventing many of us from posting as frequently as we'd like.

I have excellent air conditioning Bruce, It's only a 30 minute dive from Pasadena if you ever want to stop in and cool off. I typically have ribs or steaks available to grill; or wings to fry for anyone who stops by.
