After trying some new techniques I'm at this stage. I'm waiting for some stowage from Black Dog and also need to put on some antennas and such and spray a dust coat on it.

Then I started the Pz IV. The typical Hase 1/72 armor build. Starting with the turret, road wheels and hull. I skipped the road wheel step to complete the hull.



As I was looking through the instructions, this struck me funny.



What?

The Abrams looks awesome! "Feelings Increase"? That's funny.

More 1/72 armor Steve? I think Mark has some competition here!

It's about time! I've been so "lonely" here. All y'all have each other to feed off of when building your larger scale models!

Now I can watch a Master build in my scale and learn something. As for competition, he may have me beat in quality but come talk to me about quantity when he reaches 800 1/72 scale armor models!

Hey, I do 1/72 or thereabouts armor now and then, here's an Airfix 1/76 piece I built to go with an Me-321.

Yeah don't forget us who do them weird 1/76 scale stuff!
I am doing the 1/76 Half Track to go with the Matador I recently did.

No, I'll never catch up with Mark. I have several 1/72 armor kits including the Sdkfz 7 and towed 88. They came with the Pz IV. I need to gather all my kits and pack them into some totes so we can show the house when the time comes. I'll leave out the kits I plan to build next year. Not sure when we're moving. It all depends on many things, finding a job for one and selling this house for two.

John, Glad to see your work there too. Cool! That looks better than my set that I did oh so many years ago!

Declan, I have also built 1/76 scale armor. In fact, barring resin kits; I think I've built every available 1/76 scale model ever released.

MC, that PzIV is looking fantastic!
