Sadly, none of my birthday order is an AFV kit this time around.

Two of my orders came today. Y'all been extremely patient with me anticipating what I have ordered.

One package I am awaiting for is 10 second liquid glue from Deluxe Materials. Love this stuff - I like it better than Tamiya liquid glue.

Having had watched Midway a second time in 2 weeks time, it inspired me to get these...



Now the granddaddy of a purchase.... and a damn decent price for it too.



This is gonna take up quite a bit of real estate once finished.

But... it doesn't end here. I'm adding 16 planes to the Hornet...



Also inspired from watching Midway and currently reading Target Tokyo…

The USS Hornet will be a long term project with 16 B-25B Mitchells of the Doolittle Raid.

Also picked up 3 bottles of Squadron colors for the deck on the Hornet. I am reading a book more on the Hornet's history and correct deck color at the time of the Doolittle Raid.

CV-6 USS Enterprise is on my wish list for next year. Just too bad it not released in Trumpeter kit but $175 for the I Love Kit brand.

USS Yorktown is another by Trumpeter I do want.

My haul from Model Mania! The Skyray came with a bunch of aftermarket all for $40.

Nice haul. The Mentor is a nice little kit. You have to figure out how to get enough weight in the nose...which I didn't.
