After finishing the P-40 another model on the bench. Started a long time ago and because I had other models with more interest returned to the box. Let's see if this is I can get to the end.

yes, that is a great scheme!

This scheme will look very different later on a model show desk!
I always wonder how you guys get some wire lines laid down this exactly on your cockpit side wall builds...

ya dip the wire in a bit of superglue and then put it where ya want it

Doing it this way it forever stays put on my fingers...

For what it's worth...I work from point to point.
If and whenever possible, I drill a tiny hole at the start point. Dip the end of the wire in a drop of CA and cram it in the hole...let sit for a minute...make any bends (if need be) between the start point and next point. I use a thin piece of stretched sprue as an applicator, to place a tiny dab of CA at the next point, hold wire on that point...let set...and repeat till the end.

On the fuse half at top of pic, you can see that I further reinforced these "points" by adding a "bracket", cut from foil. A tiny dab of CA above, on, and under the wire/wires...place the foil strip on the wire...use tweezers to press the top and bottom of "bracket" down (at the same time).
