Well, I guess since the last build I posted on here was from the dark Side, I guess I should first post what heavy metal I have been building over the last few months.

The first armour build after the panther was the old Tamiya Su-85, in German markings, obviously.

Next up, another Tamiya kit, the Marder III Ausf M. I have not yet got round to completing the dio for this one.

And I ended up the 2014 with my all time favourite AFV, an Sd.Kfz 251. In this case, the AFV Club /3 Ausf D.

Thanks for looking, more armour to come soon, I hope.

Good to see you back on here Bish! I had seen the SU-85 before, but not the 251 or the Marder IIIM. Nice work there on all three! :shoutout:

Thanks guys.

Well, as it happens Jim, I started on a Jagdpanther last week, so will post a thread in the WiP section soon. last year was heavy on the armour for me, but this year its going to be a bit thin on the ground.

Nice work! I especially love the SU-85 diorama. I love the concept of it being re-marked.

All three of them are just wonderful builds and sets. I also like the Balkenkreuz just being painted on the SU-85. What I could not see to be sure are the exhausts: are these slightly rusted and show some exhaust plume?

I wonder if you did scratch build the diorama pieces on the 251 set. Those walls look really interesting with this vehicle nearby! Up to your Jagdpanther! A vehicle that I always had a soft spot for!
